RELEASE OF LIST OF CANDIDATES CALLED FOR SUPPLEMENTARY CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION FOR THE REMAINING UNFILLED VACANCIES IN YEAR 2007-08 & 2008-09

         In continuation to the website notification of this Board dated 26-10-2009, the following information is published.

       Vide reference 2^nd cited above Commissioner of Employment and Training, Chennai-32 has sponsored the list of candidates for the post of B.T. Assistants in the ratio of 1:5 for subjects Tamil, History and Geography and also for the unfilled vacancies in the remaining subjects. Accordingly, the candidates sponsored in the list is being called by this Board for Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:5 which has been conducted in all District head quarters by the Chief Educational Officers during the 2^nd  and 3^rd of November 2009. 

         In addition to the reference 2^nd cited sponsor of list,  now, the Commissioner of Employment & Training, Guindly, Chennai-32 has again nominated certain eligible candidates who’s name has not included in the earlier sponsor list.   In view of the above sponsor of additional candidates, Teachers Recruitment Board conducting Certificate Verification for the additionally sponsored candidates which is scheduled on 30^th and 31^st of December 2009.

      Accordingly, Teachers Recruitment Board is now releasing the details of the candidates who’s name has been sponsored in the above additional list by the Commissioner of Employment and Training.   The subject-wise cut-off dates published earlier (26-10-2009) remains same.

This list is being released to  help the right candidates.  Who are not in receipt of the C.V. call letter sent by this Board and also having their name in this list may attend Certificate Verification by taking a printout from this website in which their name and other C.V. details were available.

The details of the candidates may be verified by giving their Employment number in the following format.

In the format the first 2 digits represents the District code number(01) which are given here under. The second is the year of registration (1991) which is a 4 digit numbers represents their year of registration, next is the sex of the candidate ie (Male/ Female) and the last number is a 5 digit number which was written in the Employment card, this should be 5 digit number, necessary zeros should be used as prefix if it is less than 5 digit.
