PROVISIONAL RESULTS AFTER CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION

       The Teachers Recruitment Board has sent Call letters for Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:5 for the candidates who have sponsored to this office by the Employment Office, Guindy, Chennai-32, based on Employment Registration Seniority as per the Government Order No.31 School Education Department dated 28-1-2009.  The Teachers Recruitment Board has conducted Certificate Verifications for 28,013 candidates in the districts from 28-5-2009 to 5-6-2009.  Out of these 28,013 candidates,  1127 candidates are ineligible for selection because they have not submitted relevant Educational and other certificates. The Candidates who studied in other States like Karnataka and Kerala and not submitted their evaluation certificate at the time of Certificate Verification are also in-eligible for selection.   

      The candidates, totalling 5581, are provisionally selected as Secondary Grade Teachers, for the Department of Elementary Education based on employment registration seniority, communal rotation and certain priorities laid down by Government of Tamil Nadu.  The formal selection intimation will be sent to them individually by post.  Further notification / communication regarding counselling and placement will be issued by the Director of Elementary Education.

Utmost care has been taken in preparing and  publishing the list.  Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in.  Incorrect list would not confer any right of enforcement.
