Certificate Verification for the absent candidates in the first Certificate Verification

          As per  Notification No.03/2014  published on  16.07.2014  and the Addendum published on  20.07.2016 ,  the Written Competitive Examination for the post of  Assistant Professors in Government Engineering Colleges was held on  22.10.2016.   A total Number of 48,286 candidates applied for the written examination and   27,635 candidates  appeared for  the  Written Examination.

          The list of 405 candidates called for first Certificate Verification in the ratio 1:2 based on written examination marks following the Communal reservation was published on 06.01.2017.  The Board conducted Certificate Verification on 19.01.2017 and 20.01.2017 at “Jai Gopal Garodia National Higher Secondary School, Bharatha Matha Street, East Tambaram, Chennai 600 059.  Out of 405 candidates 385 attended the Certificate Verification.  20 candidates were absent.

          The Board proposes to conduct Certificate Verification for the candidates who were absent for the first Certificate Verification.  No more chances will be given for the absentees.
